Modular connection for long service life and wide range of applications

FFU fan filter units can be modularly connected and used, which makes FFU widely used in clean room, clean bench, clean production line, assembled clean room and partial hundred level applications. The air is sucked in from the top of FFU and filtered by primary and high efficiency filters, and the filtered clean air is sent out at an even speed of 0.45m/s±20% on the whole air outlet surface.

The fan has long service life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, infinitely adjustable speed, etc. The fan is of reliable quality and has a working life of more than 50,000 hours. It can be arranged as a single unit for use according to process needs, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level assembly line. The shell structure is made of stainless steel, aluminized zinc plate and cold-rolled steel plate, which is light in weight, anti-corrosion, anti-rust and beautiful. Before leaving the factory, the products are scanned and tested by dust particle calculator according to US Federal Standard 209E to ensure the quality.
